BAGS & LUGGAGE
All bags and luggage will feature the storage capacity in liters under the product name. This can be seen both on product listing pages, and individual product pages.

Additional information including laptop sleeve sizes, and side storage will be denoted by logos under the "Add To Cart" selector.

And dimensions in centimeters can be found under the "Specifications" drop down, also under the "Add To Cart" selector.

APPAREL & HEADWEAR
Each product listing has a detailed size guide, which can be found next to the size selector.

With regular use your Herschel Supply bag will get dirty. We’ve created a step-by-step guide on how to care for and clean your products.

1. Maintenance
To stay on top of things, give your bag a quick once over after activities such as camping or hiking. Light cleaning doesn’t have to be a difficult task.

Make sure the main area and all pockets are empty and give it shake upside to get out any debris or crumbs. Use a vacuum to remove any dirt, sand, or crumbs, with a focus on seams and crevices. And if required take a damp cloth to wipe down scuffs and stubborn dirt.

2. Deep Cleaning
While lightly cleaning your bag after outings, like hiking or overnight trips, helps in the short term. Intermittent deep cleaning will help the long term durability of your backpack, not to mention the aesthetics.

Supplies
- Pure, natural soap that does not contain fragrances or additives.
- Clean sponge, washcloth, or flannel.
- Soft nylon bristled brush, or toothbrush.
- Sink or bathtub, with clean water.

Method
If you are able to, remove shoulder straps or hip belts, and wash separately.

Next, fill a sink or bathtub with 6 inches of cold or lukewarm water. With a small amount of soap on your sponge or cloth, remove any stains or spots. If any of the material is mesh, use care as to not to rip or tear your bag.

Remember to pay attention to any part of the backpack that may come into contact with skin. 

Finally, drain the sink or bathtub of the soapy water, and refill with clean water to rinse off any remaining soap, you may need to repeat this process until the water is clean.

3. General Guidelines
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Cold or lukewarm water is always best, as hot water may shrink materials.
- Use a light hand when using any brush to clean, as you do not want to remove any protective coating the material may have. This includes zippers as they often have a water-resistant coating.
- And when drying, keep out of direct sunlight. We suggest hanging to dry inside or in the shade.

We're considerate of the materials used in our products and are working hard to reduce our impact.

PRODUCT RECYCLING
Our products are designed to last. If you have an item in good condition but you no longer have a need for it, we would encourage you to donate it to an external organisation of your choice. 

Alternatively if the condition is not conducive with donation, you can locate a Community Recycling Centre, where materials can be reclaimed and repurposed.
